Lesley lives near Winchester in Hampshire and her local dryslope is Southampton. She has 3 children, all skiers, aged from twenties to mid teens. She is very involved in the ski scene as a whole from club level to international racing.
Lesley's involvement with ESSKIA began in 1999 when her children got a school team together — as their involvement increased, so did hers!
Lesley has been the area rep for the Southern region for a number of years. She now co-ordinates the national summer training program, runs the Southampton qualifier and assists with the squads.
Lesley is happy to help with advice re any aspect of the sport and is not afraid of following up on areas she feel strongly about.

Having been involved with Esskia for many years John is still passionate about the aims and goals of the association and still takes an active and interested part.
Mark Vernon — firstname.lastname@example.org
Mark lives and works at Reed’s School in Cobham, Surrey where he runs the Exams Office and teaches Chemistry. He has headed up Ski Racing at Reed’s since it started in 2001 and is also involved with recreational ski trips and coaching rugby for the school.
Mark is married to Alison and has 2 daughters who are regular racers on the schools and club circuit with Surbiton HS, Danes Hill, ESSKIA and Sandown Park respectively.
Mark has been involved with ESSKIA since 2010; recently he has managed the ESSKIA Norway Squads and was part of the ISF delegation in 2016.
Sarah Campbell-Woodward — email@example.com
Sarah has been teaching German and French at Abbey Gate College since 2000. Prior to that she taught at Weaverham High in Northwich and other schools in Frodsham and Winsford in Cheshire.
Having arrived at Abbey Gate College to take over as head of department, Sarah started up a girls ski race team with 4 girls in year groups 7-9. The school now has 7 teams of boys and girls from Infants through to 6th form.
Sarah's daughters, both now in their twenties, have both been involved in training with Esskia squads and her eldest daughter Lucy competed in the ISF races in Finland and has also worked as a trainer on a Junior Esskia squad training camp.
Sarah is also currently still active as a registered ski racer on the dry slope.
Gillian Gilyead — firstname.lastname@example.org
Still active in running the Abbot’s Hill School Ski Club, Gillian has been involved in the ESSKIA Committee since the foundation of the Association in 1978.
Over the years she has taken on various lead roles in ESSKIA and SSE, NCSS and ISF, as well as being involved in the wider ski scene as a school group leader, manager for the Kandahar Ski Club and a race official at up to and including international level. Now she skis for fun!
